What is Coaching?
Some people may laugh at the idea of having a life coach without even realizing what he or she really does. A life coach will help you through your personal problems, assist you with career decisions, and help you attain any of the goals that you are trying to reach. The Coach provides on-going support to you as a client.
Coaching encompasses taking action, and holding you accountable for your life until you reach your desired goals or dreams. It provides support for navigating transitions and overcoming challenges that come your way. Having a coach is a positive experience and a valuable investment in yourself.
What do I offer?
The Coaching method I use takes a strengths-based approach to holistic wellness and mental health promotion.
Coaching sessions are typically held once a week for 60-minutes. Clients share personal goals, dreams, values, emotions, and thoughts in an open and supportive environment.
Coaching can be short-term (a few sessions), dealing with immediate matters, or long-term (months), dealing with more complex and longer-term goals. I offer individual coaching sessions face to face or via skype/whatsapp.
Don’t let life stand in the way of your personal transformation. You can access professional coaching or counselling wherever you are. Connect and attend your sessions, whether you live in a city, are traveling, or reside in a remote community. Eliminate travel time and reduce wait times to get the care and support you need via my virtual coaching option.

I am not concerned as much about what you have been through or the past but where you are now and what you want in the future, so that I can help you develop a plan to get there.
I offer strategies and provide a safe place to explore the vision you have for your life. By asking questions that require you to think in a new way, I will help you find your own solutions. I will provide support, motivation and accountability as you turn your vision into reality.
Think of me as a driving instructor … I am not doing the actual driving, nor am I telling you where you want to go, but I am there to provide support as you move toward the place that you want to be in your life.
